Dude congrats on losing 60lbs that's incredible! Personally, I'd suggest stacking Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin and start lifting heavier at the gym at least 4 days a week and hitting your protein goals. Tesa + Ipa will stimulate growth hormone naturally for your body to send pathway messages to your muscles to grow + removal of visceral fat around organs which will give you better body composition. Better recovery in the gym (less soreness) and stamina when lifting heavy. That will do the trick.
@Eleni Kotsifis Hunter is right on this one. BPC-157 and KPV will do the job. Be consistent with it and don't skip days and watch your diet closely if your serious about recovery.
Been watching some videos and getting confused, people are complaining that their 10mg Tesa vials are becoming a gel like consistency with 1ml / 2ml of bac water .. and there is debate on the 10mg KPV vials on whether to take 2ml or 3ml of bac water. Honestly just need to know how much bac water would be appropriate for both of my 10mg vials! thank you :) - I use hunters website for peps so I’m not worried about the peps being “fake”
