Igf1-lr3
Looking into igf1 and saw you said acetic acid can be used for reconstitution but didn’t say anything specifically on the page for igf1. I also asked Claude and it said BAC is commonly used for igf1 so I just want to get your opinion on that. Also how many ML of that substance would you reconstitute with? I also saw how it can have negative effects on insulin levels. What would be the best way to combat the differing insulin levels? What are the dangers of differing insulin levels as well?

Hey Connor, I would only recommend the igf1-lr3 with acetic acid. Adding BAC water will decrease the shelf life (how long its potent) drastically. To combat the low insulin I would carbmaxx and get healthy sugar. Low insuilin is generally the cause for when you feel lightheaded or potentially pass out.

Anxiety
I've been having anxiety attacks pretty much daily, sometimes multiple/day since starting reta 2 weeks ago. I'm loving the results & have no side effects but these attacks are terribly uncomfortable. Is this common w reta? Anything to do to counteract it? I don't want to stop pinning but also don't want to keep feeling like this 🙃

Not common but my guess would be it’s a result from an increase in resting heart rate. If you’re not alr I’d put a priority on high intensity workouts and especially cardio. I’d also look into Selank. It’s a peptide meant for stress
