dosing
I came off of zepbound 3 months ago. I was on it for over a year. I started reta 2 weeks ago and I'm not feeling much. I guess I'm not sure what dose to start at, or if I should have started higher with Triz experience. my starting dose was 5mg (unit) insulin syringe.

There’s not an exact correlation between mg of triz and Reta and everyone’s body responds different. How much are you taking? It’s not ideal but honestly what I personally would do is go up a couple MG from whatever you’re on now and mess around with it until you find a new good dosage for you. Also after being in for awhile getting off and getting back on a glp it’s normal to not feel the effects as soon. Last thing but also make sure you’re making a concerted effort to avoid processed food and trying to restrict how much you eat. Then can help kickstart it

Need some help
Hey everyone I was on Reta for a few months and lost about 60 pounds and I wanted to find some peptides that I can stack that will help with muscle growth and still pick at the fat that I still do have have lost a good amount of fat but still some noticeable Thank you for your help

@Garrett Goodson Sean pretty much hit the nail on the head with that. Another option is Igf1-LR3 but for where you are, I'd suggest the Tesa + Ipa and or CJC+IPA
