Here is the call from 3/24/26 on how I pitched seller financing to sellers to see if I can obtain a flip with minimal out of pocket costs. The very first call resulted in an agent saying his buyer was open to financing the deal to me. This allows me to buy up homes with very little out of pocket. I'm open to doing this again with this group where I make cold calls live and see what deals I can find. Call recording

This is definitely a fraud https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/52/topics/1256933-does-anyone-know-this-lender-1stcenturyfnsllc I will say, if you look up my LLC address, you will see a similar business as well on Google maps. I have my mailbox inside of one of these postal stores.

@Lucas Edmonds my guess is they're trying to scam people out of their money by offering a great rate with a "funding fee" of $2k or so. So you send them 2k and they promise to fund your money, which won't happen. Stealing your info as well
