I have 5 homes I am rehabbing my frustration is needing money to get the draws. I have Chase, Amex, 2 BofA's not quite maxed out but close yet my credit score is surviving at 700. This is one entity. Another entity US Bank. Two homes sit idle while 2 are working and 3 starting any advice to flourish better

Any dscr lenders for poor credit?

Hi Everyone, New to the group I work for a Brown Company. My side job is controlling 4 homes with an associate of mine in Gary Indiana. I do use Business Credit but bought education and used to control these properties can I get more business credit with a Credit Score of 715. Plus I have 2 EIN #'s.
