2025 Goals or Wishes - This book could be the difference
2025 is almost here, and if you’re like me, you’re reflecting on what you accomplished—or didn’t—in 2024. Maybe you set big goals but fell short: getting in shape, becoming debt-free, starting that business, or finding the love you deserve. The truth is, there’s just one thing you need to change to create the life you want. The hardest thing. You. This isn't about the new year it's about - the new you. However you've struggled to accomplish your goals in the past is not a sign of weakness or laziness—it goes much deeper. That’s why I’ve been writing Understanding Sabotage: The Ultimate Guide to Creating the Life You Want. I want to share the first draft with you—for free. No pitch. Just the tools to make 2025 the year you keep your promises to yourself. The key to unlocking your potential could live inside of this book because the key lives inside of you.

Biggest Win: Met some financial stresses head on. Not fun, but feeling lighter. Problem this week: Booking at least one more shoot before the holidays begin. It’s quiet out there.
Something to prove
How many of you feel like you need to prove something just to feel "enough"? - How strong you are. - How successful you are. - How smart you are. For many men the list feels miles long. I used to hate the idea of "proving yourself." It felt like chasing approval from others—my father, my coaches, my friends—always trying to measure up to their judgments. But over time, I’ve reframed this idea. Now, I love the relationship I have with proving something to myself. It’s about showing myself that I can actually do it—whatever “it” might be. Today, I’m introducing something new: The Monday Prompt. Each week, I’ll share a sentence for you to finish in the comments. These prompts are designed to help you reflect, open up, and find the courage to be seen by other men who are on the same journey. This week’s Monday Prompt: I want to prove to myself that I can… Finish the sentence in the comments below. Let’s hear it.

I want to prove to myself that debt is not as challenging to take on as I fear that it is.

I'd love to see this become both an online forum and occasional in-person gathering. Its two different pressure points. There's immediacy in-person where online is more of an examination or time for self-reflection. They would couple well together like a ( I'll let you guys enter here whatever your favorite food / drink combo is).
