Confidence is key
Confidence is the key to everything you deserve. Confidence is often misunderstood. We think that confidence means never feeling fear, doubt, or worry. But I’m learning that confidence isn’t about feelings at all. It’s about knowing. Knowing that you belong where you want to be. Knowing that you’ll be ok as you’re learning to navigate the new terrain. Knowing that progress is worth more than perfection. Confidence is trust. Trusting that you’ll follow through on your promises to others, but most importantly to yourself. Trusting that you’ll apply the lessons hard learned to the next attempt. Because confidence is showing back up because you know that with each time you’ll be starting from a stronger place than before. Many mistake confidence for arrogance because confidence is so rare that it feels like cheating. Until you recognize that confidence must be earned and cannot be given. To feel confident is to know you’ve earned your progress. When you feel the presence of confidence, know that it’s not fraudulent because it cannot be taken, faked, or given. Confidence is knowing that you belong where you want to be. Confidence is the key to everything you deserve to see.

2025 Goals or Wishes - This book could be the difference
2025 is almost here, and if you’re like me, you’re reflecting on what you accomplished—or didn’t—in 2024. Maybe you set big goals but fell short: getting in shape, becoming debt-free, starting that business, or finding the love you deserve. The truth is, there’s just one thing you need to change to create the life you want. The hardest thing. You. This isn't about the new year it's about - the new you. However you've struggled to accomplish your goals in the past is not a sign of weakness or laziness—it goes much deeper. That’s why I’ve been writing Understanding Sabotage: The Ultimate Guide to Creating the Life You Want. I want to share the first draft with you—for free. No pitch. Just the tools to make 2025 the year you keep your promises to yourself. The key to unlocking your potential could live inside of this book because the key lives inside of you.

The Transformation Roadmap
Step One: Direction Before we can identify what’s blocking your potential we must first understand what you want. Your goals are not the end all be all, but they are extremely important so that we know what direction you want to take your life. Our goals are not measurements of worth; they are north stars that guide you toward your life’s desire. Step Two: Why? Why is this important to you? There’s a deeper meaning beneath everything we do and everything we want. If you are going to fulfill your potential, you must understand what’s driving you. Because this journey will require you to face the parts of yourself that you don’t like and do things that you don’t want to do. But when you know WHY you’re doing this, you’ll be connected to something much more powerful than your fears. You’ll be connected to a purpose. Step Three: Honest Audit What’s the truth. We all have patterns and realities that we don’t want people to find out. Whether it’s our friends, families, or partners, there are shadows in all of our stories. We must be willing to look at these shadows and bring them to light if we are going to break through the glass ceiling we’ve placed on our lives. Step Four: Evidence To create the life we want, we must become the kind of person who deserves it. Our brains don’t care about what we want to become. It only cares about consistency. You are constantly creating meaning in everything you do, see, and hear. The game changer is becoming intentional with the meaning you attach to the things going on around you. Self-signaling by taking small actions that reflect the kind of person you want to become is how you build evidence that you ARE that kind of person. This is no longer about wanting it’s about being. Step Five: Progress Keeping score. The most addictive thing to the brain is progress. To create lasting habits that support the life you deserve you must track your progress. The key to this is to gamify your growth. Creating a system that is not only simple to follow but fun to do is going to change everything about your life.

@Dustin Ripkens Good man! Excited to see the progress.
Good morning men
With the holidays and a new year coming fast I know these next couple of weeks can feel like a massive weight on our shoulders. Like most men you're trying to juggle it all right now: the gifts, finances, expectations, travel or hosting all while you're trying to make sure your stress doesn't impact other people's joy. It's a lot. So let me check in with you... What is one thing you'd feel proud to accomplish this week? The one thing that if you get this done it'll create some relief in your life. The one thing that I'm focusing on is building out the "How to End Self-Sabotage" workshop. The name will be improved on haha But this workshop is the one thing that will impact all of my other goals moving into the new year.
