I'm up and down today. mixed emotions are pretty much where i'm at. kinda stuck in that spot right now. Just trying to be mindful and keep calm and stay focused on the present.

@Alistair Hawkes That's the problem. by the time i feel stuck and recognize it, i'm already stuck. lol I hope things move in a good way too. I'm definitely not interested in things moving in the opposite.

First. I'm back. I missed you! 🤩 Next. Have you been able to visit the classroom, yet? In all your free time? When you have lots of energy and just need a little brain food to munch on? Ha ha, I know how busy life is... right now my biggest responsibility is caregiving my mom. I've posted about it before, if you're curious, read here. My next biggest responsibility is probably keeping my therapy business alive while I pivot to doing more online education. I'm promoting a cohort, and taking on new clients for advanced stress management, I'm taking a scaling program (which is winding down and giving me more space), I'm building this community and another one on skool. There's a lot, so my point is - I understand that life is so busy it's tricky to prioritize practice. However... "Real change comes through the application of HIGH Willpower, developed through the discipline of daily practice," as the developer of the HIKE system (taught in our classroom) says loud and often. What are you doing in a disciplined way to apply yourself to your conscious awareness, growth, and evolution? If you would like some great ideas...I know a neat-o place to look. Visit the classroom.

Did you get some đź’– this weekend?
When I was 12 years old, I remember walking to school feeling heavy — what I would now call low-grade depression. Head down. Eyes on the pavement. Shoulders collapsed. Then I had a strange thought: What if I just lifted my head? The shift was immediate. My environment didn’t change, my life didn’t change in that instant. But my nervous system did. And that changed everything. Over the years, I’ve lost and rebuilt my confidence many times. Every setback became an opportunity to strengthen regulation, resilience, and awareness. This is what I now teach. Confidence isn’t personality, it's physiology, and it's trainable. You don’t need to wait to “feel better.” You learn how to shift your state on purpose. That’s Advanced Nervous System Regulation. And it’s why I believe self-love is a skill — not a slogan. What’s one small physical shift that changes your mood almost instantly?

You’ve just taken your first step into the journey of reclaiming your energy through use of HIKE4evolution concepts. 🎉 Why this community exists and our goal is to teach everyone that wants to learn how to self-regulate, to master their energy (emotions, vitality, zhuzh), and to get on top of their chemistry (adrenaline, cortisol, serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin) by creating new/improving neural pathways through awareness, conscious movement and intention that help our insides flow with ease and grace, creating ease and flow in our external world as a byproduct. Let's get to know each other! Please! Introduce yourself: --Who you are and what you do, or like to do, in service, for money or business or otherwise. --Why you are on skool --One short-term goal. 💥 Bonus... hit level 2 fast by commenting on at least two posts and other people's comments.
