I'm writing into the void. I'm finally coming up for air again, now that we have some support for our Mom. Here's a fun video from a conference I spoke at last week. Reset principles throughout. One thing I'm doing to create the world I want to live in is to send light out into the world. Me and a few friends "meet" everyday in a circle blessing where we bless ourselves and each other then the whole world. We figured this is one way we can help with everything going on.

I love this post and this question! Breathing always helps me. I noticed a long time ago that I often hold my breath when I'm emotionally triggered and if I can start breathing consciously as soon as I notice, things reset a lot faster than if I ignore it. What about you, Knexell?
