Customer Experience is Still a Winner
Great post from Roger - nothing beats the client experience. We can create all the leads and attention we want but if we botch what comes after that our CAC will go through the roof and it becomes ugly very quick.

Yeah I think this is something that everyone in our industry can work on. Certainly something I am looking to improve. I'm curious what everyone's process is when the lead comes in.
