How I think about content for workshops
I was a on a podcast with @Geoff Zimpfer last week and one of the topics we went over was how I come up with content for these workshops. What it comes down to is I present on topics that: 1) I enjoy, 2) That i'm confident in, & 3) That I use in my every day business. I don't speak about things that I don't know very well because people will feel that and the energy dwindles. Also if I don't know it well it most likely means that I don't really enjoy it and people will feel that too. As brokers/ business owners, don't discredit yourself that a lot of what we do on a daily basis are things that other people can learn from. What I enjoy most is marketing & sales. My content is very heavy on those things. My content is very light when it comes to talking about mortgage bonds and charts because I don't know them well and I don't find them as interesting. If you're someone who loves the markets & mortgage products... - Hold a workshop where you talk about market data, trends, & predictions. I would also add a strategy piece in this segment to give realtors something they can use to help them in the market - Hold a workshop where you talk about the financing options you have - Hold a workshop that focuses on one specific product and really educate on how it could help the realtor get more/ new buyers into the marketplace that otherwise would not. If you're someone who loves operations... - Hold a workshop where you talk about the tools and systems you use to streamline internal ops. - Hold a workshop where you talk about your system you have for converting leads that come in - Hold a workshop where you If you're someone who loves what I call widgets... - Hold a workshop talking about buy downs - Hold a workshop talking about seller concession strategy If you're someone who loves recruiting... - Hold a workshop sharing what your methods are for recruiting Etc etc. Just think about what you like to do, what you're good at, and what you do in your business day to day and turn those into classes.

Realtor Workshop Funnel - Version 1
Here's a under 5 min video of me going through my V1 realtor funnel. This is what we'll drive realtor traffic to with the goal of getting realtors to sign up for my workshop. My audio sounds like shit on the Loom for some reason...sorry... i'll work on getting that fixed to make it more enjoyable. I use https://lovable.com/ to build these The funnel link is www.workshopwithlogan.com If you want this template I'll give it to you and you can tweak it with your content just let me know

@Mark Thomas I created my own for the booking/scheduling. Loveable can build that for you I also am doing the livestreams through Zoom webinar and they track bookings too. I'll do a separate post on the post workshop conversion sequence. As far is where most of the traffic comes from - I have only filled workshops by calling and manual outreach so far. I am launching all of these ads with the funnel tomorrow. Once I have data on the results for that i'll share. I think i'm going to start my budget for the meta ads at $100 a day.

@Mark Thomas I'm guessing you could most likely bootstrap together your first workshop. I would try to get a group of realtors together in person the first one. Do your presentation but at the beginning, set the stage and say something along the line of... "If at the end of this presentation you feel that I delivered high value, tactical information, i'm going to ask for 2 things. 1) I'm going to ask you to let me give you a 3 minute elevator pitch on my mortgage business. and 2) I'm giong to ask for a short video review about what you thought of my workshop" I always set the stage so they know it's coming. I'll attach the format and questions I have them answer in the review. And also the marketing release form. Once you have these videos, you can snip them up into ads and also turn them into written workshop reviews. This would give you proof & credibility
Customer Experience is Still a Winner
Great post from Roger - nothing beats the client experience. We can create all the leads and attention we want but if we botch what comes after that our CAC will go through the roof and it becomes ugly very quick.

@Scott Marum I follow Alex Hormozi's lead conversion process. There's 2 versions of this if you have a LOA or someone helping with leads. I attached a workbook I created for realtors that is the lead workflow but you'll get the gist. I think i'll map out a version of this for brokers
Go Live with Meta Workshops Ads!
We launched our meta ad campaign to drive traffic to my workshops. Audience: I pulled a list of realtors in Wisconsin from RETR, ran it through ZeroBounce for email validation, and then uploaded that as a custom target audience inside of Meta. It ended up being about 1,500 contacts. (local I want them in person, not local they can join the webinar) Ad Creative: I did a combo of video & static ads. - 5 Static Ads - Realtor testimonial ads - Self promotion video ads (me on video) Here is the link to this ad campaign creative: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1jSk13N81NcBDi2NMAmViVLip6js2D1jz?usp=sharing Ad Spend: I'm starting at $100 per day (Max $175 per day) in ad spend across all of these ads Funnel: I'm driving all traffic to www.workshopwithlogan.com (I have another video going through this in the Skool) I'll post results once they come in!
