My day in the life… look similar?

I have a customer requesting a refund because they haven’t received the package yet. She’s in CA and tracking shows it made it to CA distribution center but USPS sent then sent it to TN! It’s moving again and may end up going to her eventually but should I honor the refund now?

I just set up a seller account on What Not. I scheduled a show for mid-April. 😧 Question for you guys... do you have two separate What Not accounts for buying and selling? I was wondering about buying under my name and selling under my business name.

I just want to say thank you. I really like what I'm seeing here! People are helping each other, we are talking all things Whatnot, reselling, sourcing, you name it! We have had 5 excellent live calls and have gotten to know each other quite a bit better. It's so much nicer and a more personal feeling than Facebook (and ad-free!!!) And while Whatnot is fun, it sure is nice to actually speak to you lovely people as opposed to shouting at you in a mirror while collecting bids...
