What’s holding your body back right now?
Reading through the intros, a lot of you are working around something. Neck, low back, shoulders, knees, or just a body that doesn’t bounce back like it used to. Drop it below: 1. What’s bugging you and how long it’s been going on 2. Your age 3. The one thing you want back in the water I’ll read every one and pick the most common ones to talk through on the next live call. If you’ve already come back from an injury, share what worked. Somebody in here needs to hear it. 🤙 Shane

Shano! Thank you for the content and interaction. I’m 58 surfing more than 50 of them. Had many injuries but feeling good these days. There has been one thing has plagued me my entire surfing life. This is dragging the tops My toes across the deck when taking off. This wasn’t such a big deal as I grew up in warm climates but I live in an area that requires booties and I’m sure my age has added to the problem but the toe pick / toe stub with booties is a real Problem now! I have been able to mitigate the issue a little with training but my toes still scrape across the deck in nearly every take off even with out booties. Don’t know if my legs are longer than my arms can accommodate or what! Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Mahalos
Quick answers
A few of you asked the same things, so here it is in one place. If you're coming back from an injury or a long break, start in Foundation and take your time. Foundation is there to get your body ready for the harder phases, so there's no rush to jump into Power or Peak. Go at the pace your body gives you. How long do you have it? Once you get the 12-Week Program it's yours to keep. No clock and no subscription. Start whenever you're ready, even if that's a couple of weeks from now. Course pricing: I’ve offered the Spanish, Portuguese, and Japanese versions at $199 to help make it more accessible in markets where paying in US dollars can be a bigger financial hurdle. I understand why that raises questions language doesn’t necessarily tell us where someone lives or what they can afford, including English speakers around the world. The intention is simply to help more people access the training. What's free? This community, all the free workouts in one place, monthly calls with me, and free giveaways. We'll be giving away a lot of stuff, so stay tuned. If you've done a workout already, tell me how it felt. Wins and questions both welcome. Stoked you're all here.

Thanks for the reply. I figured it was based on socio economic and currency exchange reason
Language tied to cost?
Why is the English version $100 more than the other languages? Asking for a friend🤭
