B2B prospecting tactic
Is it a good idea to partner with Facebook group owners to advertise within the group and acquire clients?
Creating a marketing service presentation
Hi everyone, I’m Filipe. I’ve been part of this community for a while but haven't interacted much lately because I had to take some time to work on a specific issue within my agency. I’ve moved past the traffic and lead generation hurdles, having spent that time refining my offer. Now, I need your help figuring out how to create slides to showcase the service before meeting with a client. I’d love to know which templates you use and your process for putting them together.
🙅‍♂️ Entrepreneurship is messy. Growth is risky. And that’s okay...
“What if it doesn’t work?” This fear stops so many people before they even start. But here’s the truth that Alex Hormozi shares: 💡 Everyone struggles at the beginning. 💡 It’s unrealistic to expect perfection on the first try. 💡 The only real failure? Giving up. The biggest obstacle? Fear of judgment. — What will they think if I fail? — Will I lose their approval? Here’s a reframe: ❓ What if they don’t matter as much as your dreams? ❓ What if you succeed BECAUSE you ignored the naysayers? Take the risk. Pursue your passion. Let the opinions of others take the backseat. You’ve got this. 💪 P.S. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve heard about overcoming fear? Let me know below! 👇

Entrepreneurship is a game of embracing uncertainty. When I face a challenge where my mind is afraid to follow the plan, I just follow the Hormozi framework "The harder it is, the happier I am, because I know no one will follow me" I will start contributing more to the community to help the community grow and to commit to doing the work that needs to be done.
Step by Step How to Make Your First $10,000 Online (Just Copy Me)
@Alexi Drouin This is my breakdown of the video - which again was very helpful, hence I am sharing it with the community after you've shared the short form version and added it to the curriculum. Alex shares his journey to earning his first $10,000 online through a fitness consulting business, detailing strategies to acquire customers and lessons learned. 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 & 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 📞 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀: 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁. Leverage Existing Relationships: Engaging friends as initial customers can provide essential testimonials and confidence. This step is crucial for building a portfolio of success and credibility. 🔄 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿: 𝗔𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. The Power of Referrals: A referral often leads to higher conversion rates. When people come recommended, they’re more likely to trust you and your services, effectively reducing the marketing effort needed to close sales. 💡 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲: 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁. Visual Proof is Essential: Before-and-after photos and testimonials not only showcase your expertise but also serve as persuasive evidence for potential clients, making them more likely to engage. 🎯 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀: 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀. Free Services as a Strategy: Providing free training allows you to gather necessary proof of your abilities while also helping you build a network that can convert into paying clients later. 💰 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗱: 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿. Evolving to Paid Services: Once you’ve established credibility and results, transitioning to paid services creates a sustainable business model. Ensure that your offers are compelling and clearly communicated.

💡 What can you do now if you have less than $100K?
Cut expenses by avoiding dining out, buying new clothes, and attending costly social events. Focus on applying for better jobs and outperforming expectations.

There are no social obligations, only social consequences. In one of the last podcasts that hormozi participated in he said that we can eliminate many problems by sleeping early, but today I believe that we can eliminate many financial problems simply by being busy working, if we are busy working we won't have time to do many of these things which is good for our objectives
