✨ Why Your Frequency Matters in Overcoming Addiction, Pain & Creating the Life You Want
✨ Why Your Frequency Matters in Overcoming Addiction, Pain & Creating the Life You Want There’s a truth most people never learn — you don’t overcome addiction or suffering by fighting it… you overcome it by rising above it. Your frequency (your emotional state, your thoughts, your internal energy) is the lens you experience life through. When your frequency is low — filled with fear, stress, shame, guilt, anger, and self-judgment — everything around you reflects that back. When your frequency rises — into peace, gratitude, love, trust, and empowerment — life begins to shift in ways that once seemed impossible. Let’s break this down: 🔥 Addiction Lives in the Lower Frequency States Addiction is rarely about the substance, the habit, or the behavior itself. It’s about the emotional state you’ve been living in. - Pain - Disconnection - Stress - Numbness - Overwhelm - Feeling “not enough” Addiction becomes a coping mechanism for a nervous system and a mind that’s out of harmony. You don’t “fix” that by willpower, you fix it by changing the frequency inside your body. 🌿 Healing Happens When Frequency Shifts Think about the emotional states connected to healing: - Gratitude - Safety - Hope - Compassion - Connection - Love When you hold these states even for a few moments, your brain chemistry shifts. Your nervous system relaxes. Your body stops being in “survival mode.” This is where healing begins — not in battle, but in coherence. 🎙 The Thoughts You Think Are Vibrations Your self-talk is not just in your mind — it’s sending signals through your whole body. - “I’m broken” lowers your energy. - “I can do this” raises it. - “I’m learning and growing” expands it. - “I am worthy of peace” transforms it. Your reality rearranges itself to match your dominant internal signal. 💡 You Create Life From the Frequency You Live In You don’t get the life you want, youget the life that matches your vibration. If you want: - Peace → You must practice peace. - Love → You must feel love inside yourself. - Confidence → You must generate confidence, even in small doses. - Freedom → You must embody freedom in your beliefs and actions.

@Dave Hughes okay that’s wonderful and we are happy to have you here and expressing your opinions. Again, it’s always welcome. I don’t really feel as though there was anyone saying you were wrong however, I do think you are missing very crucial pieces in your healing and addiction recovery process. We are just responding back to you and showing you there are more “keys” in the process of becoming truly free. (Which by the way, is completely possible.)
Don’t quit, you’re doing great! 💕
Hey everyone 💛 I just wanted to remind anyone who’s struggling today that healing isn’t always pretty or predictable. Some days you’ll feel like you’re making real progress, and other days it feels like you’re right back where you started. But that’s part of it — that is the process. Whether you’re healing from addiction, trauma, or just trying to change your mindset and manifest a better life, it all takes time and patience. You’re literally rewiring how you think, how you cope, and how you see yourself — and that’s no small thing. If you slipped up or had a rough day, it doesn’t erase your growth. You’re still moving forward. You’re still healing. You’re still worthy of peace and happiness. Be proud of yourself for even trying to do the inner work. Most people never get this far. Keep showing up for yourself, even when it’s hard — especially when it’s hard. You’ve come too far to give up on the version of you who’s waiting on the other side of this. 💫

Healing, letting go of subconscious shame
Hello - is anyone else going through the healing process of letting go..? My network doesn’t know what cptsd or ptsd feels like, so I am hoping to find someone who is going through this process. ☮️💟☯️

I had this issue awhile back. I would think I was fine and then out of no where I’d start to feel bad about what I did and then start acting out again with that exact same behavior I was feeling shameful for. It wasn’t until I started learning about and doing breath work, meditation, hypnosis, a lot of positive affirmations, and learning to not only forgive myself but everyone in my past that I have actually been able to finally let go and forgive myself.
