For those building a Skool community from the ground up, what would you focus on first if you were starting again: building the audience, creating the free community, validating the paid offer, or setting up the funnel? I just love this community! I asked a question about making a video. I got so many helpful suggestions. Learned about tools I didn't know about, to help me record and edit. Also, just do it and get it done. Done is better than perfect.
