I know this will get different answers, but I am trying to make a decision. I run, for now, a Freemium Community. I am wondering if I should keep live Q and A calls for Premium Members and up only as an incentive to upgrade. Or should Free members also have calls? I go back and forth with this. All thoughts are appreciated.
I’ve played around with public and private settings in my freemium communities. Today, I flipped back to PUBLIC. AI is reading through google seeing my posts and people talking about me and now Claude or Gemini are recommending people to my community for me. So hello 👋 if you can go public I would.
@Jenny Braithwaite I would post all day in @Brenda Rigney group. My members are working through tough emotions and pain and also need a sense of safety. I will stay private unless I change the structure of my community.

Mine is big time. Up 3 points. Down 10!! With the launch of new categories and key search words, your ranking might be bouncing around. What can you do? - don’t worry about - Focus on Daily Activities with your members - Reach out to highly engaged members at Level 3-5 to help them out. Direct them to a post with an immediate solution. Plus hang in there. Don't doubt what you’re doing 🧡 The dust will settle soon!
@Rayna Scott from what I remember from Skool News, keywords and new discovery options don't start to roll out until May Week 1. I keep going from 900 to 800 in Self-development...a HUGE category that I hope gets split up. The fluctuation currently depends on the activity of members inside the group.
