Honestly, it’s the motivation to get ready and actually drive to the gym. Once I’m there, I’m totally fine and even enjoy it. It’s just getting myself out the door that’s the struggle.

Hi my name is Sarah Wright! I do sideline/ competition cheer for my school in Temecula California My biggest challenge is making the team because of the very limited amount of spots I am excited to learn about how I can prevent cheer related injuries so that I can keep doing the sport I love ❤️📣
