Plein air on Fripp Island
What can I do to make this more interesting and colorful? I want to trash this because it’s just not going anywhere . But at the same time, I’d like to figure out how to fix it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.. I feel like I’m at a point in my oil painting that I’m not improving and I’m getting discouraged. However, I am not a quitter.

Really beautiful! Love the soft blending colors! Maybe you can add a contrasting brighter green to the back piece of land on the left side bordering the water? Like a very light jewel green shade just hinted in the background?Very lovely landscape, with a unique form..( just my humble opinion..)
