Upscayl So Slow
Maybe it’s my computer but Upscayl is so slow for me. Could it be my settings?

Upscayl lite can help, and so can making sure you stick to the 4x upscale only as that uses their best model. It is definitely hardware related mostly though - probably not obvious but upscaling is very demanding of your computer power, and it's all done on your local machine rather than in the cloud. We use my husband's meaty gaming PC with loads of RAM and a big graphics card and it usually takes about 30 seconds per image.
SEO Question
Hi guys. Just posted my first listing and Etsy have suggested I make my title less wordy, but this goes against the theory of using as many keywords as possible in your title to have the best possible chance to reach browsing customers. Just wondered if any seasoned sellers had any advice for this - whether if its I should just ignore it or if I should take Etsy's advice since it is their algorithm I'm trying to comply with! Thanks.

Hi Daniel, they changed this fairly recently and I stick with titles now that follow their guidance (which in practice is no more than 14 words and no repetition). I accept their suggestions if they make any and tweak them.
300DPI?
i've just stepped up my design process, and creating images with midjourney etc, but as far as i know they dont generate images at 300dpi? is 300dpi correct for posters? and if midjourney doesnt create 300dpi how do i upscale? thanks

@Ben Dowding I wouldn't do this even though Tom suggests it in the videos. The creative upscale from Midjourney isn't high enough resolution - it's only just about high enough for A5 at 300 DPI - so if someone orders a big size it will be fuzzy. You need to run it through Upscayl too. The process you need to follow is what Josh and Mat suggested above. Also I always have these two reference images handy!
Shipping charges with free shipping set?
Hi, I had a strange message from a customer this morning saying they went to checkout one of my posters in the US (where I offer free shipping) and it was showing a $5.97 shipping fee at checkout. I checked and the US is definitely set to free shipping in the standard printshrimp style. It's showing as free for me and I even went all the way to the end of checkout with a pretend US address and no issues. I've shipped loads of orders to the US before and it's not come up. I've asked the potential customer to share what they see but any idea what might be happening here? I thought maybe could they be on a VPN, or shipping to some little island, but it's not the standard 19.99 international fee, and there's no premium shipping option I offer. Stumped! But if it's happening here it might be doing so for others and dragging my conversion. (PS my shop opened in March and passed £1000 revenue in May!)

Mystery solved - they had something from another shop in their basket 😄 and the happy ending is that they then placed an £80 order!

Thanks Dee! I've been running ads since April with a budget of $2.60/day. I'm getting about 3.5-4 ROAS
