Completed the Trauma Aware Functional Breathwork Certification.
Now the real practice begins 🌿 I came into this course with a strong interest in trauma aware work, nervous system regulation, conversations, relationships and psychological wellbeing. This course gave me exactly the kind of foundation I had been hoping for. What impressed me most was that the training never reduced breathwork to simply learning a collection of techniques. And I have to say this as well. The amount of material in this course genuinely surprised me. My finances are limited, and I had wanted to begin this kind of training for quite some time. This has been exceptional value for money, and I am genuinely grateful for how much thought, knowledge and practical material has been included. Finishing the course does not mean I feel finished learning. Quite the opposite. I expect the next part to take months, and in many ways years. I will return to the modules repeatedly. I will practise the breathing techniques again and again. My goal now is to turn knowledge into routine. A sincere thank you to the ReWild team for creating something that feels both accessible and substantial. I am genuinely impressed, and very glad that this was the place where I finally began bringing breathwork more consciously into my life 🙏

@Peter Brandt I love this so much. I’m a chronically ill girlie who is trying to find ways to make money when my body isn’t up to massaging. Having a dynamic disability is so hard.

@Peter Brandt I’m so glad you’ve shared your experience. I love learning and learning new ways to help others.
How to unlock functional course?
I just signed up for the trauma aware course through my email- will that unlock for me or do I have to wait until I schedule a call?

Perhaps my message was unclear. I PAID for the functional course through my email. The course is still locked and asking for me to pay.
Welcome to the ReWild Breathwork (free) Community
Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. First, be sure to download the SKOOL app, it's much easier to pop in on the go. This space was created as a free community for anyone curious about breathwork, the nervous system, and somatic healing. It’s a place to learn, connect, and share the tools that support nervous system repair and embodied living. Here’s what you’ll find inside: - Resources and practices to support regulation and resilience - Space to share reflections - Opportunities to connect with others exploring similar paths - Our accredited Trauma-Aware Functional Breathwork Certification To keep this space safe and grounded, we ask everyone to honor these values: 1. Confidentiality & Respect 2. Share From Your Own Experience 3. Nervous System Safety First 4. Educational, Not Prescriptive 5. Curiosity & Openness First Post: Introduce Yourself To get started, introduce yourself in the comments below. By doing this, you'll gain access to our classroom of materials. You might share: - Your name & where you’re joining from - What drew you to breathwork or somatic healing - One intention you’re bringing into this community I’ll go first: I’m Jamie Janko, founder of ReWild Breathwork. I move between Bali, Dublin, and Los Angeles. Breathwork profoundly shifted my own nervous system and opened a path toward deeper embodiment and clarity. My intention here is to create a grounded, supportive space where you can explore this work for yourself. Now it’s your turn, I look forward to meeting you. Jamie

Hello you beautiful people. I’m Sarah and I live in Central Florida- about halfway between Mickey Mouse and the Daytona Speedway. I’m a new mom (ok my son is 1 but I’ll probably say I’m new until he’s 18), massage therapist and reiki practitioner. I’m taking a CEU in December on myofascial release, craniosacral therapy and somatic dialogue, so when I found ReWild, I signed up for the 3 day immersion. OF COURSE I loved it but don’t have the time (or budget) for the trauma informed somatic practitioner training, but it’s on my 6 month vision!!! Thinking I can incorporate breath work with reiki and massage I hope to work with women to hold them the way they hold everyone else. New moms, loss moms, trying to get pregnant women, perimenopause and menopause women. I just think us gals need a bit more love, touch and tenderness in this world. Sending you all my love! ✨🫶🏻

@Jody Schmucker ah! You’re so cool! My middle sister was going to Boston University for their PT program and was working at Mass Gen Hospital and burnt out before finishing and switch to being ‘a finance bro’. (Her words). It was fun to chat about bodies and body parts with her. I’ve spent too many hours in PT myself, ankle injuries as a kid, knee injuries (torn medial meniscus and then popped my patella out of place and needed a lateral release) (same knee) and then my big dog L5S1 laminectomy, discetomy and fusion. Along with some chronic illnesses that have snuck up on me, I’m just trying to balance meds and holistic wellness for myself so I can also help other chronically ill women, too.
