@Neil Criddle I watched the video on custom gpts this morning, but I feel like I’m between a rock and hard place, because I can’t set up the gpt without knowing exactly what in such be writing in the description. I watched Marks example and how he added a mission and rules and things and that’s what I’d like to learn, how to write things like that so that it sounds more like me.

Payment Processors for Direct Debit mandate (ACH monthly)
What are you guys using for automatic debit from customers' bank accounts? We were on gocardless and then suddenly got shut down. No explanation. We were on it over 6 months, no issues, no chargeback or complaints or anything. Cant' get any explanation from them. We are a company registered properly in California. I reached out to Anchor and never heard back. Got denied on Airwallex too. We are stuck with (expensive) stripe now and some customers don't want to pay the fees.
