Linsey, Arizona 2 kids 5 and 2.5 Mornings are sooooo hard for me! I have a 40 min commute to my job and I have to drop the kids off at 6:30 am. Working on mindful reactions/ interactions Calm and less chaotic Break the I’m not good enough thought process
