🎉 Final Week of Our 8-Week Challenge! 🎉
We made it! Now the real question is... have you built the habits that will carry you through the crazy month of August? Remember, this was never about being perfect. Some days you'll crush a workout and eat balanced meals. Other days, success is simply hitting your protein, drinking your water, or getting your steps in. And that's enough. Consistency beats perfection every single time. This challenge may be ending, but we're not. We're building habits that last far beyond these 8 weeks. Keep showing up. More days than not. That's where the magic happens. 💪❤️ What's one habit you're taking with you into August?

Getting at least 7 hours of sleep and doing a workout that my body can handle that day.

@Suzanne Swan the one thing I am working on is going to bed with unfinished work or my to-do list not complete. When it is a certain time, I have to put things away and pick up the next day where I left off. I stay up way too late trying to get everything done.
Scary Goals
Today I toe the line for the Black Hills 100. To be honest, I’m not nervous. I’m at peace with my training. But I’m scared. How does one even know what it’s going to take? What it’s going to feel like?! And just for fun, I’m going to be giving away a $15 gift card to the person that comments below and is the closest with how many steps I’m going to get today and tomorrow!

300,000 steps Good luck and have fun!
In the moments no one sees…
When you chose the Greek yogurt instead of the ice cream. When you spoke kindly to yourself instead of falling into the usual cycle of self-doubt. When you got out of bed and decided to change your life instead of settling for less than you deserve. Those moments matter. The world may not celebrate every healthy choice, every workout completed, every glass of water, every early bedtime, or every time you choose to begin again. But I will. Nothing is too small. When it feels like no one is watching, no one cares, or no one would even notice… I do. I see the effort.I see the consistency.I see the courage it takes to keep showing up. And I’m here to celebrate every victory with you—big, small, and everything in between. Drop your mid-week wins below 👇 let’s celebrate!

I showed up for a workout when I was not feeling it and tired but did the best I could and accomplished it.
Mid-Week Check-In 💜
How do you become the person you want to be? You start. And then you don’t quit. Not because you’re perfect. Not because you never miss. But because you keep getting back up. One meal might be off. You might miss a workout. You might have a terrible night of sleep. Life happens. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s consistency over time. The women who see results aren’t the ones who never stumble. They’re the ones who stumble, learn, and keep moving forward. One workout. One meal. One choice at a time. Don’t quit on yourself. ❤️ What’s been one of your biggest challenges and how are you navigating it? Please share so we can learn from each other.

I am on summer break, so I snack so much more being at home. I am working on getting healthier options at home and drinking more water when I feel hungry or want a snack.
WHY A CHALLENGE WORKS 💪❤️
If you’ve ever wondered whether joining a challenge actually makes a difference, the answer is yes. Research consistently shows that people are more successful when they ✅ Set a specific goal ✅ Track their progress ✅ Have accountability ✅ Feel supported by a community ✅ Celebrate small wins along the way In fact, studies have found that people are significantly more likely to stick with healthy habits when they have accountability and social support. Why? Because motivation comes and goes, but commitment and community help carry you through the days when you don’t feel like showing up. The women inside GRIT for Her aren’t successful because they’re perfect. They’re successful because they keep coming back. They choose the workout even when they’re tired. They make the better choice more often than not. They check in. They ask questions They celebrate wins. And they learn that progress isn’t about being all-in for one day—it’s about being consistent over time. Not because of a magic workout. Not because of a perfect meal plan. Because they committed to themselves. Eight weeks from now will come whether you join or not. The question is: Where do you want to be when it gets here?
