1) I'm a 3rd generation entrepreneur so its in my blood and fits the lifestyle I want! Being there for my kids is so important and with the amount of travel I do with my son I need to be able to work from anywhere. 2) I'm building the podcast "Nothing Small About Business" and I own an optometry practice with my husband. 3) Patience is something I have to consciously be aware of. A big challenge is also knowing all the things I need to be doing but not having the time and energy to do them. I'm having great momentum so eager to keep it going!
