If you're looking to do more in less time, try these 6 strategies: 1️⃣ Write down your goals List out exactly what you need to do to achieve them. 2️⃣ Break it down into time blocks Estimate how many 25 or 45-minute time blocks each task will require. 3️⃣ Identify your peak productivity hours When do you feel most energized and focused? Plan your tasks accordingly. 4️⃣ Block out time for these tasks Schedule these time blocks for deep work. Don’t let distractions win! 5️⃣ Say NO to distractions Commit to staying focused.
