Hello! This weeks theme is about getting back into routine after being away from home for a bit. A. Get my calendar organized lol- including adding Qigong sessions! B. Make time to read every day for fun C. Play piano- a little session each day

DONE! I did 20 push-ups, 46 squats, ? seconds of plank for my assessment. (just dropped down from plank once) I rate myself a 2.5 (scale of 1-5, 1 being easy) of how easy it was to do the 1 Minute Assessment Exercises today. My 1 Minute Exercise is bird dog (originally plank but saw Anna's post and think bd is more fun) paired with the habit of work pomodoros/sessions. What I learned about myself is that I can do 20 pushups lol
