@Mohammad Abuhardan I'm involved in AI-related work, which is why this caught my attention. Do you currently use any AI-powered takeoff or estimating software? If so, which one are you using, and how has your experience been so far?

@Mohammad Abuhardan I don't personally use an AI takeoff program at the moment. My background is more in automation and website solutions, but I've come across AI powered takeoff tools through discussions with professionals working on patent drawings and construction technology. Since you're specifically looking for faster and more accurate duct and pipe takeoffs, it might be worth exploring tools like that.

What do you want to get out of the community? (And Welcome)
Hey Everybody A knew month so I thought I’d start a new welcome thread. Please comment and introduce yourself. Let me know what you are trying to achieve and if you have any questions about the resources. If you click on the “Classroom” tab you’ll get access to all the resources. My goal in June is to keep growing my consulting business and focus on re-building my construction project management course. The original is around 9 hours, but the new one I want to be around 30 hours and cover a few more important topics like software, AI and personal skills. Let me know if you have any questions!

My name is Sara and I'm a website designer and graphic designer. I'm excited to be part of this community and learn more about the construction industry. My goal is to connect with construction professionals, learn about the challenges businesses in the industry face and understand how I can help through website design, branding, and online presence. I'm also looking forward to learning more about construction project management and the resources shared here. Looking forward to networking, learning and contributing where I can. Thanks for having me!
