I had to take a moment with this one 🥹 The Coaching Resource Room has just reached 1111 members!!!!! 🌙 🪐 💫 🔮 🥹 🎉 🫶 💫 1111 is one of those little signs from the universe 💫 A tiny reminder that we are in the right place at the right time. And this week, that feels extra special. When I first started this community, I wanted somewhere coaches could come for practical support. A place to find coaching tools, client resources, and ideas that make it easier to build your programs and support your clients. But it has become more than a container of resources. It has become a room full of coaches sharing ideas, asking questions, building things, and trying things out together. And I feel so grateful to be part of it 🥹 I think 1111 is a little reminder that the universe has our backs. It is a sign that when we follow the small pull toward something, even when we feel unsure, it can lead somewhere lovely. So thank you for being one of the 1111.🥰

AI can help us explain our work better. But it should not make the work look more developed than it is. For me, that feels like an important line. A coach’s offer, method, and client resources still need to come from their own thinking, values, training, and experience. AI can help shape the words, organise the ideas and help us see the gaps. But the care, choices, and responsibility still sit with the coach. 👉 I’d love to know what you think: Where do you think that line is?
