SAVE MANDATORY IMAGES OF VERY LOW QUALITY
Hello everyone! I wanted to share a technique I used on a project where the material was very poor quality but still required and couldn't be modified. However, when it came to cropping it, it was almost impossible to know where to cut because it was pixel upon pixel. However, it was resolved precisely. First of all, I want to clarify one point. In these cases, the AI reinterprets, making it impossible to maintain fidelity to something that isn't clearly visible. However, it gave me the key to reaching an agreement with the client. It's simple, but I'll share it with you. Take the image, run it through Topaz Giga at 2x magnification, and you'll see that it regenerates the image, never exactly in the details, but in the shape, which allows you to crop it. By creating a layer with Topaz at 2x, you can save the selection and apply the mask to the original image. You'll notice that the shape matches, and then you'll need to sharpen it and, above all, reduce noise. This way, the image is enhanced, giving a polished and detailed finish. I hope this is helpful!

Happy Easter 🙏🏾 I appreciate everyone who signed up coming from my Instagram! I have been dedicating most of my time to pushing and growing on instagram. That’s mostly the reason why I haven’t posted much here, it’s been eating up most of my time. This is 6 months, if you’re interested how I got a few more thousands, if this is a route you’d want to explore here as well let me know. But my focus now is posting more here. Feel free to show your growth or start, wherever you are on that journey. 🫡

🛎️ Challenge: Changing Lighting Direction in Photoshop (traditional)
I wanted to test myself in trying to quickly change lighting direction make it a cinematic photograph but still keeping it close to the original. It took roughly 20mins to get to the first edit, then another 10 to sort of fix up the rest, its not perfect by any means but that was the goal. Started trying to flatten the lighting in Camera Raw Drew shadows and brushed it out using Levels Used the OG image to add highlights back in the opposite direction to the shadows Touched everything else up I'll show another method I use tomorrow. What's the best way to do this in your opinion? Share your lighting direction edits. đź’¬

This is an example of what I was saying earlier. Similarly, I feel that the LUTs and other factors desaturated the colors a bit more than usual. But it still gives an interesting finish. I'm also sharing it in a post to get feedback for improvement!

@Bucky Logo Wow, Bucky, spectacular! I feel like I washed out the design a bit with the curves layer to give it that exaggerated light dust effect, so to speak. I loved your result; it feels like it has better contrast. You didn't apply any LUTs, did you? Because sometimes LUTs create excellent atmospheres, but they consume the details, and doing a dodge and burn on top is kind of muddy. I appreciate the feedback and the space. I'll be very active. Any tips for not losing detail due to the atmosphere?
