Hello everyone! - I'm from Colombia but I live in Lisbon, Portugal - I am starting my first GHL agency for local businesses. How to charge for Database Reactivation?
Hello, I’m a 17 year old hoping to learn about marketing and build my skills. I want to start with DBR because it seems relatively straightforward. I’m wondering how to charge clients for DBR campaigns. Pricing for this confuses me because it seems pretty dynamic depending on the niche. Do you charge a flat fee per appointment set? A fee depending on database size? A percentage pay of landed clients? I’m thinking specifically about the pool niche where my clients either have their own clients on a small monthly subscription for pool cleanings and have very little overhead, or are contractors who build/install new pools which are higher ticket, but take longer to complete and have a lower profit margin. Props to you for learning this at such a young age. Essentially you want to estimate how much money they can potentially make, and charge less than that so it's a no brainer. The specific things to ask them are: 1) How many people do you have on your database? 2) If you speak to 10 people, how many of them typically become clients? 3) How much is a client typically worth to you? Assume 1% of the database will book appointments. That's low but I'd rather be conservative here. With those numbers you'll be able to estimate that, for example, they have 300 people in their database, 30 will book appointment, 4 out of 10 them will convert, and a customer is typically worth $300 to them. That means your campaign will make them, approximately $3,600. Now, do NOT promise them that outcome. Only promise them booked appointments. You can have a spreadsheet ready where you just plug the numbers and can estimate this during sales calls. They'll probably be making those calculations in their own mind. If you charge 20%-40% of their estimated gain, they'll probably feel it's a no-brainer. That's my personal preference, since even they won't have ad spend, they'll still have other costs like delivery, staff, materials, etc. In this case 40% would be $1,440. MailGun IP blacklisted
Has anyone had their MailGun IP get blacklisted? It's affecting my client forms and my business email. If so, what did you do to resolve it?

I've noticed this only for Outlook emails. I'm using a Zap to make sure when a Contact has an outlook email they get any emails directly from my outlook account. But I'd love a permanent solution!
