YOU NEED TO DO THIS RN
Both me and Enes has seen a massive increase in our follower count the last 2 months and its all thanks too trial reels, if you haven't tried doing them yet you have to record some TODAY! and the best part its incredibly easy just record yourself talking bout your story, why you fight, some hardships, its real and its authentic and people actually fuck with just the brutal authenticity. You don't need to edit the video, just add subtitles automatically via Instagram. Spam 5+ test reels per day and ur gonna grow like crazy for sure. (non of the test reels actually show on your page so its perfect to just spam them)

I went from 500 followers to 4,000 in the span of 60 days. And Enes went from 1-2k Followers to 10k+ having one of his test reels go viral, and best part its was a video of him sitting in his car talking about his journey literally no editting just talking bout the mma journey
First win 🏆
I felt like this was a perfect time to share my first win, i've been struggling a lot with the d'arce choke in sparring, but after watching Enes explain it i finally managed to f*ck up my sparring partner!

Good stuff Jules, you clearly know your exercises. The selection is solid: neck work is smart and something most people skip, and your grip work (towel pull-ups, farmer's walk, grip switches) is exactly what wins clinch and grappling exchanges. The movements themselves get a pass. The issue isn't the exercises, it's the volume. Look at Monday: trap bar, squat, bench, weighted pull-ups, Bulgarian split squats, plus neck and grip. That's 8 exercises and 3 heavy leg movements in one session. If you grapple the next day you'll have nothing left in your legs. That's the exact interference you want to avoid. Your strength work should support your mat time, not eat it. All three days have the same problem: they try to train everything at once. Max strength (5x5 heavy), power (cleans, jumps) and hard conditioning (assault bike, burpees, sled) all mixed into the same session. When you chase everything at once you train nothing well, you just get tired. And there's no intensity guide. 5x5 of what? Without RPE and progression you can't tell if you're getting stronger or just beat up. Here's how I'd fix it: cut each session to 4-6 exercises, give each day one focus (one strength day, one power and conditioning day) instead of all at once, drop the set counts, add RPE, and never put a heavy leg day the day before grappling. If you're already grappling 3x a week, the extra full body day is mostly just fatigue you don't need. Bottom line: great exercise choices, too much volume. Trim it down and it becomes something that actually makes you better on the mat instead of grinding you down. Send me which days you grapple and I'll help you build the strength around it so nothing clashes.
This is dope af 🔥
Hi guys! I’m Amina, and I’ve been training MMA for seven years. Even with several years of experience, I’m already picking up new details from the content here. I genuinely wish I’d had access to a community like this when I was starting out, it would have saved me a lot of trial and error (and money haha). I’m excited to be here from the beginning, keep learning, and connect with everyone! 😁📈
