Week 1 - Should you open a golf sim?
I’ll briefly share the research I did before opening my 24/7 simulator facility, then we’ll open the floor for questions and discussion. Anyone thinking about opening a sim or already running one is welcome to share experiences.

@Joshua Kauck sorry what I meant to ask is the contact for the sim builders you used that helped with market research and possibly that calculator if possible. I'm in the DFW area which may not apply. I'm also building out a net operating income sheet template that we could all benefit from and possibly contribute to that some of us new people haven't thought about yet.
