Hey everyone! My name is sanjay I’m 17 from Southern India. I actually got serious about calisthenics about 2 months ago to channel my energy into something productive and haven't looked back since. B4 that, I was just doing basics for self-improvement (PR of 59 decent pushups and 10 pull-ups). Right now, I am fully locked in on mastering the Full Planche. I’m currently at the Tuck Planche stage, focusing on my compression and shoulder lean to move toward the Advanced Tuck. Looking forward to grinding with you all and hitting these goals together.!
