@Mark Oborn thanks Mark for sharing. Totally agree there is much easier ways to make money! It's a passion project for me (but may have legs to develop into something else) and bulk is best (!) I am feeling @Amanda Mirrlees reservations on having stock and sending stuff out on time as I travel a lot and won't be able to oversee it. But I can find a solution for that.

@Amanda Mirrlees I promised that I would come back on here with my findings, hopefully this will save you (may be others) time.... Bookvault - Had a call with them, they are affiliated with Amazon (but don’t have to sell through them) - Don’t link to Etsy. - They will upload to The Great British Bookshop (which is independent) so free publicity and wider reach. Based on this may be worth it for something that has been out a while and is selling well. It would require a separate ISBN and 2 dashboards. - Trustpilot reviews are hit and miss – they seem to fall down for US distribution – not relevant to me though. Prodigi - Ethical (vegan company) and link to Etsy and Shopify. - Costs are stupid at £16 because they don’t have a print company for spiral bound in UK so use a Germany company….! Will make a significant loss for every purchase 😂 I did look at other vegan companies and those that offer POD are for front cover image only – no inside page personalisation. So in conclusion POD is not a goer.... probably for the best. Too many variables around quality of each item, packaging, postage timescales. Creating is far more fun!

@Amanda Mirrlees Mark will have a brilliant answer to this, and I’m very happy to help as well. I’m constantly creating content and delivering training and have 2 e-books (which I have updated over the years). One thing that’s really helped me is getting a testing team together — ideally people who reflect your target audience — to road test it and tell you what’s missing, what’s landing well, and what else it needs. Also, I’m a big believer in setting a firm launch date. Without one, projects can drift on forever. I try to avoid chasing perfection — it doesn’t exist — and instead focus on getting something valuable out there that can evolve. Sounds like you may be being hard on yourself....
