1. Capital partners, and raisers to get thru that 1st deal. We are getting the deals, underwriting them but can't seem to get these investors. 2. Going to Best and Final and not seeing or knowing where the money is coming from to move the process along once are offer is accepted 3. To help those less fortunate than myself 4. I've tried and continue to try to let people know what I do, many of them agrees to get on a call so we can discuss further, but when the time comes, they don't pick up or don't call (they ghost you) 5. Feeling stagnant
Weather
I hope the weather is much nicer wherever you are. Getting lake effect snow off the south end of Lake Michigan whilst visiting family in NW Indiana. The upside is I’m not going anywhere and it’s affording me the opportunity to dig into Skool posts and get of my comfort zone and reach out to folks. No excuses.
