Our Social Hour last night recap: Real Humans, Holiday Stories, and Simple Joys
Yesterday’s Wellness Social Hour was such a good reminder of why this community exists. We spent the hour getting to know each other outside of the businesses we run. No marketing talk. No selling. No client questions. Just real humans connecting. We shared favorite holiday traditions, talked about what we loved doing as kids, and even did a little show-and-tell from our desks. There were stories about riding e-bikes, being dog moms to energetic labs, and the simple things that bring joy into everyday life. It felt easy. Light. Human. @Veronica Trevilla And @Kim Benoy you must look into e-bikes now that you have a better understanding of their safety. 🚲 Loved the boxing Grinch @Sandy Bartlett! 🥊 I added a few photos of one of the places we rode our e-bikes in northern Idaho last summer, the teddy bear stockings, and, of course, Sadie, our lab, being cute. One of my joys is the girls curled up in my office chairs while I do my morning routine. If you missed it, don’t worry. These Social Hours happen every month, and each one is a little different. They’re here to give you a break from business mode and create a real connection with people who are on the path you’re on. If you couldn’t attend, we’d still love to know you better. Jump into the comments and answer one or all of these: ☺️What’s one small joy from your week that made you smile? 🚲What’s something you loved doing as a kid that you haven’t done in years? 📎Show & Tell: What’s one object on your desk right now? Looking forward to learning more about you, beyond what you do for work.

It was so much fun and especially learning things about participants that I did not know before. Great opportunity to just relax and be and have fun!
12/11 Wellness Entrepreneur Social Hour is happening today!
Our very first Wellness Entrepreneur Social Hour is happening today at 3 pm Pacific / 6 pm Eastern, and I can’t wait to see you there. Think of this as your mid-week exhale — a space where we get to show up as humans first and business owners second. No strategy talk. No pressure to be “on.” Just real conversation, connection, and a little play mixed in. Each month will feel a bit different to keep things fresh. Today you can look forward to: • Icebreaker questions that spark honest, meaningful chats. • Mini connection moments in small breakout rooms. • Light, playful activities to help you unwind and meet new people. If you’ve been craving community that goes beyond business talk, this hour is for you. The link to join is inside the community calendar. Grab your tea, settle in, and come hang out with us. And while you’re in there, check out the full calendar for upcoming support calls, social hours, and workshops.

One Hour. Real Progress. Here’s What Happened Today.
We had another eventful Working Accountability Call today, and I love seeing how much progress happens in just one focused hour. @Sandy Bartlett got caught up on sharing her podcast episodes on her website. @Kim Benoy used the time to prepare for her upcoming program call. I wrote a whole issue of the Energy Insights newsletter and uploaded new guided meditations. @Annette Jalbert wrapped up the work she wanted completed before our next coaching session. If you’re curious what these calls are all about, they happen every week and are designed to give you protected time actually to work on your business. 📷Cameras off. 🎙️Mics off. 🎯Full permission to focus. If guidance or questions come up, or you want to talk something through, we pop into a private breakout room to work it out together. These sessions are available to Premium and VIP members, and they’re one of the best ways to create consistency, momentum, and steady progress. If you want dedicated time each week to move your business forward, join us. 😲You’ll be amazed at how much you can get done when you’re supported and not doing it alone. The next Working Accountability Call is tomorrow, Thursday 12/4. Click on the calendar link to join.

Monday Accountability Call Insights
Hi Everyone, We had an amazing Monday Accountability call this week. I know some of you couldn't make it and we missed you. On the call, we shared some amazing celebrations and set our goals for the week. I was able to share two very powerful tips on becoming visible on LinkedIn that are getting strong results for me. @Sandy Bartlett and @Veronica Trevilla - The image below shows how I received over 1,000 impressions replying to a comment someone made on a post. I liked their comment, so I replied without expectations. LinkedIn liked my comment so much that it showed it to over 1,000 people. For those of you who aren't a VIP member, I would encourage you to join. We have amazing Monday accountability calls that inspire and support each other as we grow. If you want to join VIP, click on the calendar, Monday Accountability Call, and join VIP.
