Today was one of those days where I felt i was not motivated & was tired to get to the gym, but once I completed my workout and the 1 mile I felt so much better, been feeling energized the rest of the day. I have to remind myself if I don’t get that workout done on my off days it’s harder to do a full workout on my 12hrs work shifts. I just remind myself to “Keep Going”, that’s was today’s phrase.
