This week I decided to take a break and spend some time in Lisbon to celebrate myself, recharge my energy, and enjoy a moment of gratitude with the love ones. Sometimes we spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we forget to take care of ourselves. Looking good on the outside is wonderful, but what truly matters is how we feel on the inside.
