❓What if you were given unlimited power?
„If you want to find out what a man is to the bottom, give him power…“ - Robert G. Ingersoll What would you do first if you were given unlimited power? What would you do first? A beach vacation in a super expensive villa? Easing world hunger? Buying an island?

If I were given unlimited power, I would first remove the Third World–level conditions that many face in Canada by ensuring clean water, safe housing, and properly funded, self-governed services to start. 🤝
🎭 The Age at Death Programme
Yesterday, I met an elderly woman at the car wash. She was just under 70 years old, and we chatted while my car was being washed behind a frosted glass gate. What she told me in that short time was unbelievable! She had misplaced her car wash card – 10 washes for €50. She rummaged excitedly through her purse. ‘But I've been completely confused since my husband got so sick,’ she said. ‘What's wrong with your husband?’ I asked. ‘Colon cancer. He had surgery in October and is now on his second round of chemo.’ I ask how he is doing and she replies, ‘Well, he's coping quite well.’ I venture to ask her how old he is and she tells me he is 72. She is caring and kind and she loves him. ‘I'll be 70 soon and I'm scared,’ she says. She continues: ‘It runs in our family. My mother died of cancer at 73, my father at 72. And several others at that age too. It does make me a little scared.’ The car wash programme is finished. I take my time. ‘Even though I don't know your husband, please give him my regards and best wishes.’ She smiles and we say goodbye to each other. What age are you programmed to die at? This woman was programmed to die at ‘just over 70’. She was aware of her fear. What she was setting in motion with it, she probably wasn't. She was signalling to her body and the field that the probability of dying at 72 was high. What does that do to the field? It treats this information as a wish to be fulfilled. For the field, the confirmation of an expectation and the associated ‘I told you so’ is like a silent command that must be fulfilled. Sayings like, ‘It's genetic. It runs in our family,’ are powerful programmes. Do you want to keep them? If not, then you are welcome to... discuss and tell your story about inner programs in the comments.

None of us are programmed to die at a specific age — death is inevitable, but unpredictable. I’ve seen people I love pass far too soon, which reminds me how fragile life is. When cancer entered my life, I realized how much I still wanted to live and accomplish. Though it destroyed the savings I worked hard to build, I’ve spent the past year and a half fighting to survive and have now reached a turning point, determined to shape a new outcome for my life.
🧠 Aging isn’t fate – it’s largely habit
Rudolph E. “Rudy” Tanzi, a Harvard neuroscientist puts it very plainly:Biological aging is something we train every day – or slow down. His approach is simple, but uncomfortably honest: It’s not one hack. It’s your daily life. The core message in three points: 1️⃣ Sleep, stress management & social connection are brain medicineQuality sleep helps clear toxins from the brain. Managing stress protects neurons. Real social connection keeps cognitive systems alive. Isolation accelerates aging. Connection slows it. 2️⃣ Movement & learning keep the brain plasticRegular movement improves blood flow and reduces inflammation. Learning new things builds neural pathways. No stimulation means decline. 3️⃣ Nutrition directly affects brain agingWhat you eat every day influences inflammation, energy metabolism and long-term risk for neurodegenerative diseases. 👉 The quiet takeaway: Longevity isn’t a future plan. It starts now, inside your routines. Which of these habits are already part of your life – and which are still “one day”?

Before cancer treatment, I slept well, managed stress, and felt deeply connected to others. Since going through chemo, surgery, and radiation, those parts of my health have been shaken in ways I never imagined. I’m working hard every day to heal and rebuild, but it’s been unbelievably tough. This is the hardest thing I’ve ever faced—but I’m still here, still fighting. 💔💪 Still young at heart and moving forward everyday!

🌀 The EnergyCore 💕
You heard the news. Our little Pina has been very ill. She had a festering uterus and had to undergo emergency surgery. Many people contributed to the energy core that I created specifically for this case. Some underestimated its effect and wondered what the point was. A brief background: she had an 800g abscess in her uterus. This had to be completely removed during the operation. Not an easy task for a 13-year-old dog. There was a risk of sepsis, i.e., blood poisoning, so speed was of the essence. Three doctors took care of Pina—an older, experienced doctor, a young doctor who is very knowledgeable about ultrasound, and a young doctor who ultimately performed the operation. Within an hour, the entire practice's schedule had been changed so that Pina could have her operation. The operation itself took an hour. The recovery phase was long but normal. The dog was extremely weak and unsteady on her legs. I had started the Energy Core before the operation. It went very well. The healing process afterwards was quick. Pina ate a little and drank something. The progress has been great so far. It is completely normal for the energy to diminish slightly after a day. The Energy Core loses some of its power. People forget about it if it is not constantly brought back into everyone's consciousness in such an acute case. Thank you 🙏for your support, thank you 🙏for your compassion and kind thoughts, thank you 🙏 for giving us your care.
