Day 3 Breath Hold Challenge! 1st Segment of 10 rounds resistance breathing, 3 warm up breaths, breath hold = 1:25 2nd Segment: Same, breath hold = 2:00 Tested my blood oxygen saturation during this and it went from 99 to 92 3rd Segment: Same, breath hold = 2:05 SpO2: 98 ~ 90 Thanks for all the support!!

Dive 1: 1 min Rest 1: 1 min Dive 2: 1 min 15 Rest 2: 1 min 15 Dive 3: 1 min 30 Rest 3: 1 min 30 Dive 4 Max: 2 min 20 sec Sp02 99 ~ 87 I am fascinated by everyone’s breathing practices in here. It’s truly inspirational!! I’ll be traveling this week but will participate as I can! Happy to be here!!
