Chase offer put into iamsold last week on the property we completed a deal analysis. Bespoke investor so hoping to get this one over the line. 2. Using the Social Club guidance create 4-6 reels using their story boards. Post minimum 2 by end of the week. 3. Add 4 investors to my whatsapp group. 4. Offer without offering on 4 properties for bespoke clients. 5. Networking with you guys on Saturday! 🙌 6.
