Welcome to the community. Small steps. Big changes.
1. Introduce Yourself =) Tell us your name, where you’re from, and one thing your body has been trying to tell you lately. 2. Two Truths & One Lie – Body Edition Example: • I can touch my toes • I hold no tension in my jaw • I love cold showers. Guess which one is the lie. 3. Win of the Week! Did you sleep better? Stretch? Breathe? Walk more? Small wins count. Share one.

@Zina Zinchenko yes! Exactly! You’re good. Yoouuu are a good. So those are my nerves on the table after I removed all the lymph from my body while fully hydrating and relinquishing my fascia before I completely released my nervous system from my tissues, bones n such and placed it on the table. The lie was “I move slow on purpose” The truth is I move slow with purpose 🤪

Hey everyone, I'm Sam. At the moment I'm in Mexico, though I tend to spend a fair amount of time wandering beaches, mountains, and communities, looking for conversations that make me question what I think I know. I've spent the last decade exploring Qigong, breathwork, meditation, energy cultivation, and all the strange ways humans try to feel a little more at home in their bodies and lives. These days I teach Qigong inside my little Skool community, The Field, where we practice movement, breathing, slowing down, and the art of showing up for ourselves and each other. I met Zina online a few months ago and immediately appreciated how authentic, grounded, and peaceful she seemed. In a world where a lot of people are trying very hard to be teachers, she felt like someone genuinely living what she shares. I wanted more of that energy in my life, so here I am. One thing my body has been trying to tell me lately: Consume less. Media, food, distractions, even chocolate, less please. okay not chocolate. My body keeps reminding me that it exists and it's made up of bone, ligament, tendon, sinew, muscle, n mucus, fluids, and systems so odd I can't begin to pretend to understand. It has desires and needs but maybe mainly just wants to be loved and cared for as the house that it is for the thing that I am. Two truths and a lie: • I still have days where I'm blown away by the difficulty in my own mind. • I've been comfortable in the weird for as long as I can remember. • I naturally enjoy being the center of attention. Win of the week: I've been making more space for community and real conversations instead of trying to solve everything on my own. It turns out breathing, moving, and sharing life with good people works better than whatever I was doing before. Happy to be here. It's all about you, the people. Thanks for sharing your authenticity and vulnerability
REST VS STAGNATION
Real rest restores you. It gives you more capacity, clarity, energy, and access to choice. After real rest, you feel more connected to yourself. Stagnation feels different. Instead of feeling restored, you feel: Heavier Foggy Avoidant Disconnected More afraid of the next step This is where honesty matters. Sometimes you truly need rest. And sometimes the nervous system calls avoidance “rest” because growth feels unfamiliar. The comfort zone is not bad. The body needs familiarity, and familiarity can feel regulating. ‼️ But stay there too long, and the comfort that helped you recover can begin to shrink your range. 👉 The way back is not punishment. It is one SMALL, honest action. Try this: 1. Place one hand on your body. 2. Take one slow breath. 3. Ask: “What do I actually need?” 👇 HOW DO YOU FEEL TODAY?👇

What do I actually neeeeeeeed? 🙌🏼
Tomorrow, April 7th, we begin our 1ST STEP CHALLENGE
We start with the most important step of all: NOTICE. This is where everything shifts. You’ll explore a simple, guided exercise each day — something you can do in your own time, at your own pace. We will meet live at 12:00 PM to begin together. If you can’t join, no worries at all — all videos will be released daily, and you’ll have access to the full 5-day challenge. Each day you will: 👉 Explore a new topic 👉 Practice a short exercise 👉 Journal to track your body’s responses This is not about doing more. This is about feeling more. Even 5–15 minutes a day is enough. Even 2 minutes is enough. Start small. Stay consistent. Observe what changes. Because when you begin to notice your body, you begin to change your body. I’m so excited to start this with you.

Super relaxing. I was moving all morning and tremendously enjoyed the time for stillness. Loved the cues about relaxing the tongue 🙌🏼
