Made 101 Calls Tonight! Had 14 Pick ups! 8 Wrong Numbers. 4 Hang Ups. 1 Not interested. 1 Cash Buyer looking for more projects! Left 40 Voicemails. Today I got a new number and the pick up rates increased. Thinking they should increase a bit higher when I'm calling at my normal times. We shall see tomorrow. I connected with a local investor in my market looking for another fix n flip project! Something interesting I've noticed about these relationships with these investors.. I seem to have more in depth conversations with the female investors vs the males. Maybe they just like to talk more..? idk haha After paying more attention to my CRM, pipeline , and adding more notifications to everything. I found 3 deals I underwrote but never presented the offer to the seller!... SMH...they got lost in the call logs lol. Them Follow up Notifications are Important! Gonna be so much nicer when Im a2p approved and can send an automated follow up text. Got some new tasks on the agenda for tomorrow. Perhaps these are the deals I've been expecting. Today was a tough day. Been pushing for a while now and thinking it finally caught up with me. Even sippin on coffee all day I was falling asleep on the Dialer. My appointment was a no show. Got forwarded to voicemail a couple times. I sent the seller a text and he gave it a thumbs 👍 but that's all. . I will try again tomorrow and try to reschedule it. Lots of no answers tonight. Looking like that new number is mandatory after a few days. Made 105 Calls tonight! Had 1 inbound call and I missed it. No notification or anything.. I called back and got forwarded to voicemail. SMH.... Had 9 Pick Ups! 4 Wrong numbers. 4 Hang ups 1 interested in selling in about a year. Saved my number and said to call back. Left 31 Voicemails. Gonna rest up Tonight and get it tomorrow!! 1 New Lead Added to the pipeline!!! YOU CAN'T STOP ME!!!! ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP!!!!! LETSSSSSS GOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Question. After watching a video with Rick taking on probates, he is going over what you are getting into with probate leads. Can I assign a probate lead to an end buyer? How much money do I need to be prepared to spend diving into a probate? Or was he just referring to the process of curing the title?

I just leveled up! I finally broke down and joined the x-leads community. I went all in and got the x-plan. let me know if anyone wants a serious, disciplined, dedicated, and trusting partner to work with. I'm going to get dialed in with virtual wholesaling. I'm about to spend just about all day everyday figuring out this system and making calls and connections. Anyone that wants to join the money-making train, she's boarding now. Next stop payday land!
