If I have sensitivity to dairy can I use lactose free products ? Will they bloat me ? If not what are the best alternatives?

Yes I have seen A2 I just thought it was dairy ? I definitely have seen difference cutting out half and half and anything dairy .. I’m going to try the A2 Thankyou so much !

Protien bars
@Rheece Hartte @Michale Hartte If I were to buy Protien bars, what do you reccommend? I have found a company called nosugar in Canada that offers 16g Protien, 6 gr fiber, 0 sugar and 4 or 6 gr of fat.
