I’m new here interested how this works

I've got a customer in Germany who is unhappy with a framed print as "the oak looks much lighter in real life than in the photo", and now she wants to return it. I've used the image Printshrimp supplied with the frame options on my listing. I don't really know what to do in this situation. Some advice would be greatly appreciated? Could this be a Etsy case option?

After two months of work I’ve finally surpassed 300 listings. However my views and visits I feel are low in comparison even after trying to optimise my SEO etc. to the people who get a large amount of sales and visits a week. What was the one change you made that helped your store improve its visits, views and sales?

I've noticed that my overall views are up, however my conversions have nose dived this month. I was averaging around 2% a couple of months ago, but the more listings I've added my conversion has dropped to around 1%. Orders have dropped right off. Is anyone else experiencing the same, or is there something I need to be looking at with my listings?
