Yet she moved forward because she trusted the One who had placed her in the position she was in. Be bold and confidence in the ONE that you carry on the inside of you. Know that Jesus is with you and He will see you through it. Leadership Truth:Confidence grows through obedience. Every step of faith strengthens your ability to lead boldly. Take one action step today and trust God with the outcome.

Wisdom and Discernment Key Scripture:“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God…” (James 1:5) Message:Leadership requires more than knowledge—it requires wisdom. Wisdom helps you make the right decisions; discernment helps you recognize what’s right and what’s wrong. A godly leader doesn’t react emotionally; she responds spiritually. She seeks God before making decisions, and she is sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Discernment protects you from wrong relationships, wrong opportunities, and wrong timing. Reflection Question:Am I making decisions based on pressure and emotion, or prayer and wisdom? Application:Before making any major decision this week, pause and pray. Invite God into every choice.
