Youtube voiceovers
Hey Dana. I know you do a lot of videos on youtube with voiceovers for your books. I've noticed in an author group im in, a largish number of people have mentioned that they have been demonetized on Youtube as the content is not considered "original" - if you have a static image/a video that repeats. Just wondering if you are having issues or if you have a plan for this? (Seems a bit dickish of youtube lol) It was something I was considering but as it takes time to build an audience im not sure if its worth it if you are likely to demonetized?

@Dana Sacco Thats very true. Have to try to have a think about it. I want to add it as another feather to my cap but also dont really want to waste hours of my life LOL to see no ROI, especially given the cost of narration. Anyway dont mind me musing out loud
Managing Multiple Pen Names.
I have a question for the group that I hope is appropriate to ask here. I write several different genres and do it all under one pen name, which I do understand is a no-no. But I'm a one-woman business and I simply do not feel like I have the bandwidth to manage the overhead of multiple pen names--i.e., websites, social media pages, newsletters, etc. In taking this class, I can see that this process can really speed things up, but I know myself well enough to know that a speedier process will only make me want to write in more genres. I can also see it is the same for others here who have used similar processes and seem to have a card deck full of potential pen names. So...do any of you have tips on how to structure/streamline your business structure to manage multiple pen names so you are keeping everything in the right lane and doing each lane justice? Is there anyone else struggling with this?

take what i have to say with a grain of salt... I don't do social media, it's a lot of work for min ROI, I mainly focus on newsletters and community. I use canva, where I have created a calendar (well someone else made it for me) where I add books covers on the dates they are due and then notes on when they are due to be uploaded on KU. I'm a visual creature so I like to be able to see whats due etc.
