After many years in global transport — from road and short sea to deep sea and air freight — I reached my limit. The pressure kept rising, yet the pay remained the same. Expectations grew, responsibilities multiplied, systems changed endlessly, and none of them spoke to each other. Instead of support, it felt like chaos layered onto an already stressful environment. So I made a decision. I left. I hope I won’t look back and feel I made a mistake — but right now, walking away feels like the first sensible choice in a long time

Thanks for adding me to this group. I am presently with Evri. This was the quickest start I could get. I am driving Skoda Octavia estate. Van in near future. Living Wirral
