Late to the 4/26 party
Last week was a technical success - no alcohol; the task itself felt kind of like an easy win. Meh. It was an intentional baby step towards long term change. So fuck the baby-steps - this week is the implementation of the new paradigm: 1. No alcohol 2. No food after 7pm 3. 6:00am-and-get-out-of-bed alarm (except sundays) 4. 15 mins meditation immediately 5. Daily if no gym or bike: 60 push-ups & 60 crunches 6. I will not yell at my kids (this is a bit of a super stretch. They have been mashing my buttons lately.) Also: this week i will draft a personal standards document and share with my wife Corrine. I will draft a 'life vision' doc & share w Corrine. I'll post both of those here.

Death Cookie Mondays
Post your death cookie you’re going to eat this week on this thread. Big invitation for all to participate in this, it will be very powerful. If you don’t, expect a low level henchmen to knock on your door threatening you mafia style. James thanks for stepping up last week with that and now we’re making this official as a weekly thing. If you have any questions let me know. Let’s get it.

@Sean Graves LOL I wrote that right after the breath work closing last week - the first version was more from my head, this just spilled out from the heart. It was very cool to have the inspiration hit like that.

Death Cookie Monday for 4/20 - Time to address my diet: no alcohol for 7 days. 1) i know its been a crutch to 'unwind' when im feeling stressed & 2) bc I have athletic goals for myself and i know this affects that achievement. If my vision for myself includes a strong healthy body i need to break this habit and create one of intentional consumption. I see this as a first baby step of a longer abstinence, so, lets go!

Hello! Joining from Bozeman and am excited to dive into a recurring sacred space again. I've been in a life period of relative peacefulness with myself and family and have not really been pushing myself or any boundaries or potentials. I've been wondering about 'what's next' for me and Sean's invite to this group came at the perfect time.
