The Brutal Reason You’re Not Getting Sales – And Exactly How to Fix It Today
If you're not drowning in leads and sales, here's the cold truth: it's not the algorithm, it’s not the ad platform, and it’s definitely not the market. Your offer just isn’t good enough. I just revisited Sell Like Crazy and $100M Leads – two books that couldn’t be more different in tone but agree on one ruthless truth: 💣 You don’t have a traffic problem. You have a conversion problem. 💣 You don’t need more hacks. You need a Grand Slam Offer. 💣 You don’t need to “build awareness.” You need to sell like your life depends on it. Sabri Suby reminds us that “being busy is not the same as being productive.” Most founders are stuck in the 96% of tasks that don’t move the money needle. Alex Hormozi drops it even harder: “Advertising lets you have a terrible product and still make money.” But that’s not a get-out-of-jail card. It means you need something people feel stupid saying no to. What works RIGHT NOW: - Create a High-Value Content Offer (HVCO) that educates, not sells. - Build an irresistible offer — one that’s clear, specific, low-risk, and hard to ignore. - Spend 80% of your time on sales-driven tasks. Delegate the rest. - Don’t wait for organic. Paid traffic is the great equalizer IF your offer converts. 💡 PRACTICAL CHALLENGE FOR YOU: 1. Write down your current offer. 2. Ask yourself: “Would a total stranger think this is a no-brainer?” 3. If not – rework it using Hormozi’s formula: Dream outcome × Perceived likelihood of success ÷ Time delay × Effort/sacrifice. Selling is the lifeblood of your business. And your offer is the heart. Let’s fix it.

Clarity Creates Confidence — Especially in Sales
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ One of the main reasons setters struggle in sales? They don’t know exactly what they’re aiming for. They send messages, join calls, and follow scripts — but deep down, they’re guessing. Clarity + Consistency is what turns effort into results. 📌 1. Know who you're helping If you're messaging everyone, you're connecting with no one. → Get specific: Who’s your ideal client? What’s their pain point? 2. Know your daily targets No goals = no focus. → Set a number for DMs, follow-ups, and booked calls — and stick to it. 3. Know your deeper reason Money can push you, but purpose pulls you. → Why are you doing this? Freedom? Family? Deen? The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever makes the Hereafter his concern, Allah will enrich his heart, organise his affairs, and the world will come to him unwillingly.”(Reported by Ibn Mājah – Sahih) When your intention is for Allah and your strategy is clear, barakah follows. Don’t just hustle harder — think sharper, aim better, and renew your niyyah. May Allah put clarity in your work and barakah in your income.

Clarity Creates Confidence — Especially in Sales

Let’s grow something that lasts. Drop a “💬” if you’re open to networking — or shoot me a DM. Let’s see how we can help each other move forward.
🌿 When Tears Don’t Come in Prayer or Qur’an — What’s Really Going On? 🌿
Have you ever been in prayer or reading the Qur’an, hoping to feel moved, to cry or feel deep humility, but your heart feels quiet and your eyes stay dry? You’re not alone. Sheikh Ibn Baz رحمه الله teaches us that sometimes this is because our hearts have become hardened — often from neglect or sins. When the heart is hardened, it becomes difficult to feel that emotional connection and shed tears. But the beautiful truth is: our hearts can soften again. When we sincerely repent, hold ourselves accountable, and draw closer to Allah, the heart humbles and tears flow naturally. Distractions and whispers (waswās) in our minds can also pull us away from true focus, making it hard to concentrate or feel connected. ✨ Here’s what you can do: - Reflect quietly before praying or reading Qur’an, asking Allah to open your heart. - Focus deeply on the meaning of the words, imagining their weight and significance. - Gently push away distracting thoughts and remind yourself of Allah’s mercy and greatness. - Be patient and consistent—softening your heart is a journey, not a race. Remember, tears are a blessing, but softening your heart and strengthening your connection with Allah is the true goal. May Allah soften our hearts and accept our efforts. Ameen. 💖 Fatwa Source:"There are many reasons for not being able to cry, among them is the hardness of the heart due to sins and disobedience. When hearts harden, tears become scarce. But if a person holds himself accountable, fears Allah, leaves sin, and remains steadfast, his heart softens and his eyes shed tears. Also, distractions and waswās (whispers) can prevent the heart from humbling and shedding tears. Therefore, it is necessary to focus the heart during prayer, Qur'an recitation, and remembrance of Allah, so the heart humbles and tears flow."— Sheikh Ibn Baz رحمه الله, Answer to a question about inability to cry during Qur’an and prayer.

I’ve recently discovered the Skool community, so I decided to join. My name is Salman, a 22-year-old Somali brother from East London. Right now, I’m learning appointment setting — aiming to book 3–5 calls a week through Skool and direct messages. My goal is to develop skills that support values-driven coaches while building a sustainable income. Current goals: - Get married in the next 6 months, in shaa Allah - Build a trustworthy, service-focused presence on Skool Hoping to benefit and be of benefit — let’s grow together, in shaa Allah. 🤝✨
